Who is that rabbit, anyway?
Oh, hello, I didn't see you there! Don't worry, I'll be there in one moment, I'm just finishing up this chapter... Now, what's this? You say you want to learn a little about me?
I'm a small, cozy rabbitgirl who's living a snug lesbian life in a sleepy New England town with my soulmate. I'm an Ancient One in her 30s, grateful for a community that feels like Ye Olde Days on the 'net.
I've recently learned that I'm autistic and it's explained ... well, quite a lot about me. I've always preferred slow and meaningful conversations, and I feel like I've been adrift on the 'net ever since Livejournal went awry and microblogging became the norm. Here I can ramble and rant and pontificate as much as I jolly well want - finally!
... Oh, and I write, too! I'm hoping to finally finish some short stories. I love writing about cozy cute queer furries the most, so stay tuned - I'm hoping that blogging will encourage me to write fiction more often.
I've recently discovered Mythic GM Emulator and I've been using it to write short stories, in a way where the twists and turns surprise even myself! I'm also a big TTRPG nerd and really want to eat a D20.
I mean, I won't eat it, but it just looks so delicious...
But, ummm, yes, I love TTRPGs and solo RPGs and duo RPGs that my girlfriend and I play together! Soon, I'll be writing duet campaigns for the two of us and I'm so damn excited. Collaborative storytelling is just my favorite. thing ever.
Hmm, I suspect that's all of it. I'm in love with cozy, cottagecore vibes, and I'm finally embracing that about myself and really leaning in to what makes me happy. Baking bread, brewing tea, and burying my nose in a book.
I mean, who is that rabbit in the banner?
Oh, Miss Chamomile Rose! She's my first fursona. The banner image was designed by the talented Pangokin Creations, and the art of her on this about page was created by Rusty. Fun fact: The banner art was originally meant to be the cover of Book Bunny Podcast, something I wanted to create where I could yap about books. But honestly, a blog has always best suited me. Thus, our Book Bunny Burrow was born.
